Former All-Ireland Senior Champions - Ned Kelly (accordion, 1992) and Michael Harrison (fiddle, 2005) - together with flute player Ciara Condon, all from Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, play two reels - “Lucy Campbell’s” and “The Caucus”. Recorded in 2003.

Several of the organising committee for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2010 were there including Jack Keyes (Chairman) and Philip Clarke.
Two young Cavan pipers recorded in Boylan’s Pub in Kilnaleck on the 13th of July, 2010. Ronan Sweeney from Killeshandra and Kavan Donoghue from Cavan town play the “Maids of Mount Cisco” reel, their piping is very much influenced by PJ Flood who will also be honoured at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2010. Kavan is son of well known accordion player Martin Donoghue, who is one of the main organisers of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2010.
Recorded at Boylan’s Pub, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan on the 13th of July, 2010 the Geoghegan sisters from Killygarry, Aoife on banjo and Breege on fiddle play a reel which they learned at Scoil Éigse at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann. They learned their early music from the late Vincent Tighe, one of six of Cavan’s most influential musicians being honoured with the release of a special DVD at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2010 in Cavan.
The Seisiún at Ionad Achmhainne Cois na hAbhna continues twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday nights until August 18th.

From Capt. Francis O’Neill Comhaltas branch of Comhaltas in Chicago, USA uileann piper Isaac Alderson plays two reels: “Father O’Grady’s Trip to Bocca” and “Colonel Frasier” at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Clonmel in 2003. Isaac had just won three All-Ireland senior titles on concert flute, tin whistle and uileann pipes.
Recorded in January 2005, fiddle player Patricia Wright from Dromcollogher, Co. Limerick plays two reels, commencing with “The Musical Priest”.
“The Scent of the Bog” hornpipe played at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2003 by Naomh Pádraig Céilí Band from Co. Meath when they won the first of three All-Ireland titles in a row.
Tara Breen from Doora/Barefield Comhaltas, Co. Clare plays two reels on concert flute after winning both the fiddle and concert flute Under-15 All-Ireland titles at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2003. The reels are “The Caucus” and “The Turnpike”.
